INTRO TO AERIAL YOGA -
This class is designed for newcomers to aerial yoga or for those loosing to build a solid foundation. You'll learn basic aerial yoga poses, techniques, and safety practices, all while using the hammock for support. Expect gentle stretches, balance work, and an introduction to inversion poses, with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence in the hammock.

AERIAL YOGA FLOW - 
Aerial Yoga Flow blends traditional yoga sequencing with the use of the aerial hammock. This dynamic class will guide you through a fluid series of poses that link breath to movement. AERIAL YIN YOGA -
Aerial Yin Yoga blends the slow-paced, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the support of the aerial hammock. In this class, you’ll hold deep, restorative stretches for longer periods of time, allowing for deep release of tension and tightness. The hammock helps you achieve better alignment, deeper stretches, and a more comfortable position for longer holds. This class is ideal for those looking to relax, release, and deepen flexibility.
