Our studio blends the thrill of bungee workouts with the grounding of yoga, the energy of cycling, and the strength of barre and Pilates — giving you a space to fly, sweat, and discover what your body is capable of.

Meli Kirkwood

Lead Strength Instructor

Latina with a worldwide heart who grew up on Jane Fonda tapes, red blood cell books, and the dream of choreography. My path wound through graphic design, media, and global stages as a choreographer for one of the world’s biggest fitness brands before I discovered my true calling: helping people fuel their nervous systems, build resilience, and lift each other up. Today, I sip matcha like it’s a ritual, move to the rhythm of life, and bring a mad-scientist curiosity to strength, wellness, and connection.

Life taught me that dreams aren’t just made of hustle—they’re built from alignment, kindness, and dancing your soul.

Adriana Bozza

Adriana has called Savannah home for seven years and loves nothing more than building community through movement. A new mom, dog mom, and hospitality pro, she finds joy in lifting heavy, planning local events, and connecting people. Fun fact: she went to culinary school! When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her snuggled up with her newborn, boyfriend, and two pups or on a walk at Daffin park!

I’m here for the sweat, the stillness, and everything in between. I teach yoga flows and hot hatha 26 & 2.

My teaching is all about understanding what’s happening in the body, moving honestly (maybe a little wobbly), and making space to just be human. A little awkward, a lot authentic. Maybe some giggles. Maybe some snores — my yin yogis get it.

When I’m not cueing breath or dancing through flow, I’m probably binging Gilmore Girls, listening to Mel Robbins on repeat, beer-tending, or deep in another round of dog training classes.

Christine’s motto: “Support your local everything!” And she lives it! Gleefully juggling business ventures, entrepreneurship, spin, and attending and/or throwing local events. Basically, she loves building community wherever she goes!

Her classes are all about sweat, tunes, and showing up unapologetically. No perfection here. Just good beats, hard pushes, and definitely a shimmy mid-sprint. You in?
