studio etiquette

when should i arrive for my class?

Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first class. This gives us time to check you in, get you set up, and answer any questions.

can i take photos or video during class?

We ask that phones stay away during class to protect everyone’s experience and privacy.
That said — we love content! Chat with your instructor before or after class if you want a photo.

what if i am late to class?

For safety reasons, late entry may not be permitted, especially for bungee and aerial classes. Please arrive early to soak in the full experience.

first time member

i haven't moved my body in a long time, what classes are right for me?

You are exactly where you need to be 🤍
We recommend starting with restorative yoga, gentle flow, Pilates, barre, or beginner-friendly bungee. Our instructors offer options for all levels — no pressure, no judgment.

do you offer any specials for first time members?

Yes! We offer new student specials so you can explore Soar and find what you love at a great value.

what should i wear + bring with me?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows you to move freely.
Bring:
Water
Grip socks (for some classes)
A great attitude ✨
We provide mats, props, and towels — no rentals required.
For bungee classes, we suggested a supportive bra

is there anything i should know before my first class?

Come as you are. Our space is welcoming, inclusive, and built for all bodies and all levels. Let your instructor know it’s your first time — we’ve got you.

bungee fitness + aerial yoga

is bungee right for me?

Bungee is low-impact, playful, and surprisingly empowering. If you’re curious, chances are it is for you! Our team is trained to adapt movements for different bodies and experience levels. For those looking for a more approachable start to bungee, Golden Bungee is the best class to start with.

what should i wear to a bungee class?

Leggings or fitted shorts, a fitted top, supportive bra (think high cardio) and supportive sneakers. Avoid loose clothing — we want you secure and comfortable.

should i eat before a bungee class?

We recommend a light snack 1–2 hours before class. Nothing too heavy — think fuel, not feast.

are there weight or height restrictions?

Yes, for safety reasons bungee does have specific height and weight guidelines. Our height limit is 6'4 and our weight limit is 250 lbs.

what if i am recovering from an injury?

Please check with your healthcare provider and let your instructor know before class. We’re happy to modify movements or suggest the best class option for you.

im pregnant, can i bungee?

At this time, bungee is not recommended during pregnancy. However, we offer other prenatal-friendly movement options — reach out and we’ll guide you.
