Your first visit to Soar is all about ease. Arrive a few minutes early, check in with our team, and we’ll guide you from there. Classes are supportive, music-driven, and led with clear instruction. You’ll be offered options throughout class so you can move in a way that feels right for you—no pressure to perform or keep up.

New to Soar? Our 2 week Intro Special is designed to help you explore. Enjoy unlimited classes for two weeks so you can sample different styles, instructors, and formats before committing. It’s the best way to discover what you love and how you want to move with us.

a smooth start
We recommend booking your class in advance through our online scheduler. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit to allow time for waivers, equipment fitting, and a quick studio orientation.
keep it simple
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a water bottle. Props and equipment are provided—no rentals required. Mats are available if needed. Athletic shoes are required for bungee, cycle, + strength classes.
