Take your bungee skills to the next level! Level One focuses on mastering technique, building endurance, and increasing strength. With a mix of cardio and core-focused movements, this class is a challenging as it is fun. Feel supported, energized , and unstoppable as you fly through every workout.

Take your bungee skills even further. Level Two builds on the strength and endurance developed in Level One by introducing longer combos, advanced flys, burpees, and more challenging plank work. This class moves at a quicker pace and is designed to deepen coordination, power, and core stability while keeping the energy high. Golden Bungee is a gentle, low-impact bungee class designed for those who haven't moved in a while and are looking for a slower, more supportive start. Using the bungee for balance and assistance, we’ll focus on improving strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence—at a comfortable, accessible pace.

Aerial Yin Yoga blends the slow-paced, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the support of the aerial hammock. In this class, you’ll hold deep, restorative stretches for longer periods of time, allowing for deep release of tension and tightness. The hammock helps you achieve better alignment, deeper stretches, and a more comfortable position for longer holds. This class is ideal for those looking to relax, release, and deepen flexibility.

Our Kids Aerial Yoga class blends movement, play, and mindfulness in a supportive and exciting environment. Using a soft aerial hammock, kids will build strength, balance, coordination, and confidence while learning age-appropriate yoga poses, simple aerial skills, and relaxation techniques. Classes encourage creativity, teamwork, and body awareness while promoting focus and self-esteem. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to move, fly, and have fun!

We offer six dynamic cycling classes designed to cater to all fitness levels, from Schwinn Power Rides focused on performance metrics to Rhythm Rides that bring the energy of the beat. For a well-rounded experience, we also feature duo and trio classes blending cycling with strength training and stretching to help you ride stronger, recover smarter, and feel amazing!

This beginners class will give you a good workout while also introducing you to the art of the Rhythm Ride. We slow it down and take it step by step to choreography on the bike, making sure we learn how to keep it safe for our more advanced classes.

Ride to heart-pumping music and engaging instructors in a dark room focused on power. We build strength and endurance allowing us to power through the rest of our day.

This duo class has the first half on the bike dancing to the beat with fun choreography, then we move through a series of stretches and beginner yoga moves to open up the body and leave feeling powerful and lengthened to take on the day.

This Duo class has the first half of class dancing to the beat on the bike, then moving to the floor with weights to strengthen and tone the body.

rhythm + strength + stretch

We begin this trio on the bike, dancing to the beat, moving to the floor to strengthen and tone the body with weights, and ending with a stretches and introductory yoga moves to lengthen and energize the body.

75 min. slow flow

Step into bliss with this 75-minute transformative experience. Slow Flow combines restorative poses with a gentle mindful flow designed to leave you feeling renewed and at peace. Routinely enhanced by aromatherapy, sound therapy, candlelight, and cool towels, this class is your ultimate self-care ritual. Perfect for all levels, a sanctuary for the body and mind. Class takes place in a heated room, approximately 80 degrees.
